This culinary favorite is back after a nearly three-and-a-half year closure, much to the delight of diners in the tri-state area. Rich in history and with a new, innovative chef–Chris D’Ambro (who previously worked under the tutelage of renowned chef Marc Vetri) at its helm, it’s easy to see why this eatery ranks high on the list of foodies everywhere.
The true beauty of Columbus Inn’s re-opening is the fact that the restaurant, always known for its “specialness”, still exudes that same of air of stately and traditional elegance with a thoroughly modern menu. Chef D’Ambro and partners created a beautiful balance in this new ‘old’ eatery.
