[SPONSORED GIVEAWAY] Win a Copy of F&W’s ‘Chef Recipes Made Easy’

1 min read

We’ve all done it.  We’ve sat in front of the TV and watched chefs work their onscreen magic and effortlessly create amazing meals in seemingly no time at all or enviously thumbed through a cookbook and lamented over the complicated recipes.  Exotic ingredients and overly-technical instructions can be intimidating to the average home cook–making many chefs’ recipes too complicated to properly execute at home.

Thankfully, FOOD & WINE Magazine has recently released Chef Recipes Made Easya collection of pared-down recipes from a group of renowned chefs that make it easy to look like a top toque at home.

In this collection of fantastic recipes from FOOD & WINE Magazine, you’ll find the chef recipes you love, all simplified and perfected in the F&W Test Kitchen.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

– Recipes from superstar chefs

– A great mix of international flavors including French, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Moroccan, Mexican and more

– Accessible, fail-safe wine pairings from our resident experts that ensure you make the perfect match every time

  1. Looks like a great book! My email is keeleycancook@gmail.com. I’m already following you on Twitter and Facebook and you’re on my Google reader 🙂

The most complicated recipe I’ve ever attempted? Hmm… maybe the coq au vin I made for Mother’s Day about four years ago. It wasn’t that it was impossible, it’s just that it was very involved for my skill level at the time.

  2. I love that you write about Philadelphia food, since I’m in King of Prussia.

Most complicated recipe? maybe buche de Noel

or, although it’s not that complicated, years ago I was determined to make tiramisu in Wyoming, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to find mascarpone there, so I brought some in a little cooler from Philadelphia!

  3. Ooh, I love tiramisu! I didn’t know mascarpone was hard to find in Wyoming–glad you found some in Philly!

    Good luck!
