Garces-to-Go: Iron Chef Offers Home Grilling Kits

Not everyone can cook like an Iron Chef. Or can they?  According to the all-seeing, all-knowing local event site uwishunu, Chicago native-turned-Philly superstar chef/restaurateur José Garces is offering home grilling kits at Garces Trading Company on Locust Street.

Just in time for Labor Day, Mortadella Hot Dog Kits ($25) and Village Whiskey Burger Kits ($35) will be available beginning  this Thursday, September 1st; each kit serves 4.  Walk-in guests can purchase the kits on-site until Monday, September 5th. Out of town for the holiday?  No worries; after Labor Day, the grilling kits will be available for pick-up at Garces Trading Company by placing a telephone order (with 24-hour advance notice required).  Call (215) 574-1099 for details.
