How Saveur Can Make You a Kitchen Genius

I have long been obsessed with Saveur (despite this guy who I find totally annoying) and I love the au courant magazine even more for producing a series of web videos that will make even the most inept among us look like kitchen geniuses.  The informative shorts offer quick and helpful tips that almost always leave you wondering, “Why didn’t I think of that before?”

There are no shortage of instructional videos out there on the internet (that, thankfully, Al Gore created–remember that?)–the most recent one being the visually cool but maybe not so practical egg yolk separating video from Japan–but Saveur is no one-trick pony.  The web series is chock full of videos whose tips and tricks, when mastered, will make you the coolest kid on the block.
